Wally has been with Microsoft for over 20 years, working with Systems Management Server and Configuration Manager for 17 of those years, starting with SMS 1.0. He has helped in the development of Microsoft Official Curriculum on SMS and Configuration Manager since SMS 1.0. He currently works as a senior program manager in the Configuration Manager product group, working with TAP customers, presenting at conferences, creating hands-on labs and virtual images, and helping manage the Configuration Manager community for the product group.
Johan Arwidmark is the Chief Technical Architect with Knowledge Factory. He is a consultant, author and all-around geek specializing in Systems Management and Enterprise Windows Deployment Solutions.

In addition to his consulting role, Johan present trainings and speaks at several conferences each year, including MMS and TechEd around the world. He is also actively involved in communities like deploymentresearch.com and myitforum.com, and he has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for eight years.

Johan is known for an energetic and humorous style, tackling complex concepts using simple "Real World" scenarios and lots of live demos. His areas of expertise include: Enterprise Windows Deployment Tools and Solutions, ConfigMgr, MDT, WinPE, USMT, and WDS.
Kent Agerlund works as a consultant; author, trainer and event speaker specializing in System Center Solutions at Coretech. Kent frequently speaks at conferences like TechEd, MMS and is the main author of Mastering Configuration Manager 2012 training and the books Mastering Configuration Manager 2012 and System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Mastering the Fundamentals .

He is also actively involved in communities like TechNet forums, local user groups, and is awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for his work with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. On stage Kent is known for mixing "Real World" scenarios into his presentation with lots of demos.
Cameron Fuller, System Center MVP for Cloud and Datacenter Management, is a Principal Consultant for Catapult Systems and serves as their Corporate Practice Lead for System Center. He focuses on management solutions, with 20 years of infrastructure experience. Cameron coauthored Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 Unleashed (Sams, 2006), System Center Operations Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2008), and System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 Unleashed (Sams, 2010), and a contributor to System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2009). Cameron has written for Windows IT Professional and TechNet magazines and blogs on System Center related topics. Cameron has presented at numerous Microsoft conferences, including TechEd and MMS.
Maarten Goet has been a System Center Cloud and Datacenter MVP for six years and is a well-known speaker at leading industry events such as the Microsoft Management Summit, Microsoft Teched in the US and Europe, and Microsoft Techdays in Europe and Asia. In his day job, Maarten assists enterprise customers envision and build their Private Clouds based on Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center. In the last 12 months, Maarten has been specializing in Windows Azure and helping out customers deploying Hybrid clouds. He contributed to various System Center books and was co-founder of systemcentercentral.com He runs the dutch System Center User Group and founded authoringfriday.com to help build a community around authoring System Center packs.
Jason Sandys, ConfigMgr MVP, is currently a Technology Evangelist and Principal Consultant for Catapult Systems Inc, and has nearly 20 years of experience in a wide range of technologies, environments, and industries with extensive knowledge in implementing and supporting all things SMS and Configuration Manager beginning with SMS 2.0. Jason is also active in the online support community, is a co-author of System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Unleashed (Sams 2012), was a contributing author to System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2009), and is a frequent presenter at Microsoft TechEd, MMS, and various nation-wide user-groups.
Travis Wright is currently leading the product development efforts at Cireson, an industry-leading software + services company specializing in Microsoft System Center. Travis spent 11 years at Microsoft as a Principal Program Manager innovating and managing the development of System Center, especially Operations Manager and Service Manager. Heavily engaged in the System Center community, Travis can be found on System Center forums, writing blogs posts and books, and speaking at major industry events.
Pete is a consultant, author, speaker and Microsoft MVP focusing on System Center management, private cloud and data center automation solutions. He is a frequent speaker at Microsoft conferences and has written articles for a variety technical magazines including Microsoft TechNet.

He was a contributing author on several books, including Opalis 6.3 Unleashed and the upcoming System Center Orchestrator 2012 Unleashed. He also contributed to Operations Manager 2012 Unleashed and the PowerShell 2.0 Bible.

Pete is also the co-founder of SystemCenterCentral.com, a popular web community providing information, news and support for System Center Technologies. In 2008, Pete founded the System Center Virtual User Group, a group dedicated to sharing System Center knowledge with users around the world.
Anders Bengtsson is a Microsoft Senior PFE focused on System Center and Microsoft CloudOS. Last year Anders was involved in a number of projects around building dynamic data centers and automated self-service solutions. Anders has written a number of System Center training courses and workshops, including the Service Manager and Operations Manager advanced courses for Microsoft Learning. Anders is author of the "Orchestrator Unleashed" book and the "Service Manager Unleashed" book. Before joining Microsoft, Anders was a Microsoft MVP from 2007-2010 for his work in the System Center community, including more than 10,000 posts in news groups and forums. Anders has presented and worked at numerous Microsoft conferences and events, including Microsoft TechDays, Microsoft Management Summit and Microsoft TechEd.
Alexandre is a 6 year Microsoft MVP in Cloud and Datacenter Management. He has a strong focus on everything around the Microsoft System Center product family and Windows Azure. Additionally, he believes strongly in sharing knowledge amongst his peers, for this particular belief he founded the System Center User Group Belgium. As an industry expert and MVP, he is a frequent speaker and ask-the-expert guest on national and international events like Teched, Techdays, MMS, etc.

Dan Andersen

Dan Andersen is a Senior Technology Specialist (TSP) for Windows Intune at Microsoft, where he has worked since 2001. Based in Houston, he previously held Datacenter, Windows, and Technology Strategist roles where he helped to architect large corporate systems management solutions. He was a member of the Management Insiders Group and continues to be a routine speaker at Microsoft internal and external conferences such as the Microsoft Management Summit.
Matthew is an infrastructure consultant for Catapult Systems, specializing in System Center Service Manager and Orchestrator. He has strong foundations in Virtualization, System Center, Active Directory and Scripting. Matthew is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Private Cloud, a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in Windows Server 2008 Administration, and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Server Virtualization, Network Infrastructure, & Active Directory.
Vic Nyman, Co-Founder and COO of BlueStripe Software. Vic has over 20 years of experience in systems management and has held leadership positions at Wily Technology, IBM Tivoli, and Relicore/Symantec.
Dieter has been active in the IT industry for over 10 years, 8 of which as a freelance consultant. As an ITIL certified professional, he mainly helps companies streamline their processes and use the right tools to support these processes. He's an experienced helpdesk migrator and helpdesk team leader and therefore knows which challenges big companies are confronted with when they adapt processes to support their activities.

His main focus is on System Center Operations Manager and System Center Service Manager, but he's also well acquainted with the other products of the System Center suite and other technologies.
Rick Vanover is a Product Strategy Specialist for Veeam. Rick's passion for challenges led to his commitment to educate and communicate at all levels—engaging those new to virtualization as well as those who are experts. As a popular blogger, podcaster and active member of the virtualization community, Rick builds relationships and spreads excitement about Veeam solutions. Before becoming the "go-to" guy for virtualization questions, Rick was in system administration and IT management. His certifications include MCITP, vExpert and VCP. Mike Resseler is a Product Strategy Specialist for Veeam. Mike is focused on technologies around Hyper-V and System Center. With years of experience in the field he presents on many occasions on large events such as MMS, TechEd and TechDays. Mike has been an awarded the MVP for System Center Cloud and Datacenter Management since 2010. His major hobby is discussing and developing solid Disaster Recovery scenarios. Additionally, he has enterprise-class experience in Private Cloud architecture, deployment with marked focus on protection from the bottom to the top. Meaghan has been with Secunia since 2009, currently managing Enterprise accounts and business development. She started at the Secunia headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and moved to Minneapolis, MN in January 2013 to help launch the first North American office. Prior to Secunia, Meaghan conducted project management and sales within the media industry. She graduating from American University in Washington DC with a Bachelors in BA - Economics of Developing Countries, and recently completed an Executive MBA at Copenhagen's AVT Business school.
Milan has been with Secunia since 2012 and works in the Customer Support Center as a Senior Solution Specialist. He is based out of corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, but supports the US region since the opening of the first North American office in January 2013. Milan is responsible for supporting the US staff and customers as well as facilitating on-site training of new software releases. Before Secunia, he was a Systems Administrator for the college of engineering at Ohio State University, where he managed the Secunia Corporate Software Inspector (CSI) amongst other activities. Milan graduated from the University of applied sciences in Heidelberg/Germany with a Bachelors in Computer Science and acquired several IT certifications.
David is a Technical Product Manager at BlueStripe Software. He has been integral to the technical integration of BlueStripe's FactFinder with System Center and Microsoft Azure. Prior to moving into Product Management, David spent 20 years as a software developer, including five years at BlueStripe working on FactFinder. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Washington University and an MBA from Duke University.
Gord Watts is Vice President of Product Development with Provance, the company that pioneered development of the first third-party process management pack for Microsoft System Center. A popular and highly rated speaker, Gord frequently shares his passion and knowledge of both System Center and IT Asset Management at high profile industry events. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from Queen's University and a diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Loyalist College. Gord has received professional designations from Microsoft as a Certified Professional in Software Asset Management and Volume Licensing, and the International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM) as a Certified Software Asset Manager.
Jaisson Mailloux is the Director of SoftwareONE's dynamic Technology Services Specialist (TSS) team for North America and the Caribbean. The TTS primary role is to look at a customer's technology and business strategy over the next 3-6 years, and assist them by understanding their infrastructure, business goals and current problems to determine which publishers have the most ideal solutions to meet their individual needs. He has been with SoftwareONE for 3 years and has contributed tremendously to our continued explosive growth. Prior to SoftwareONE, Jaisson worked as an Escalation Engineer at Microsoft for 13 years where he started out providing technical support on Windows Server for Microsoft Premier customers and then moved on to the OEM team where he helped secure manufactures adoption of the entire Microsoft product portfolio.
Tim is a freelance consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field, mainly in Wintel environments. He has a broad technical knowledge on various enterprise products and Operating Systems, and a strong focus on systems management products. His main area of expertise is designing and implementing systems management tools and processes.

With a clear focus on Systems Management Tim's focus from a product perspective is mainly on System Center Configuration Manager. Additionally he has proven experience implementing and configuring System Center Operations Manager. As a passionate technologist he also has a broad interest in the other products part of the System Center stack.
Nick Burling is the Vice President of Product Management at BlueStripe Software, where he leads the strategic direction for BlueStripe's market-leading FactFinder solution for IT Operations to manage the performance and availability of their critical business transactions and applications. Nick has over 10 years of experience in enterprise software, including complex systems architecture, application performance management, IT systems management, integration middleware, and service oriented architecture. In addition to BlueStripe, Nick has held leadership positions within IBM Software Group's WebSphere portfolio and in defining and implementing IBM's service oriented architecture strategy across the company's multiple business units. Mr. Burling holds degrees from Amherst College, University College at Oxford University, and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Nash is a Senior Systems Consultant at Now Micro. In his role, he works closely with public sector customers to help them utilize technology to fulfill their organizational objectives. He has more than 11 years of IT industry experience, including Enterprise Systems Management Engineer for the State of Minnesota and IT Analyst in the financial sector.

Chris Henley is a fun and energetic product strategy specialist for Veeam Software. He is focused on Hyper-V and Virtualization solutions from Microsoft. He has a talent for making difficult technical concepts easy to understand. He is a published technical author who loves writing. He has spent more than 2 decades working in technology, most recently completing an 8 year stint with Microsoft. He loves the amazing things that technology can do to make our lives better. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, and bicycling with his wife and their 3 great kids. He is currently on a quest to find the best chocolate cake on planet Earth!
Tacoma native (253), Christian is a Managing PM at Microsoft in the Cloud and Enterprise division for the newly formed WSSC Programs Group. Christian’s team is responsible for the Cloud and Datacenter MVP Programs, Windows Server and System Center Futures and Enterprise TAP programs. Christian’s focus is enabling customers, community and MVPs to gain full advantage of the Windows Server and System Center platforms. He has over 17 years in Datacenter management in large hybrid environments, worked on many variations of the System Center and Windows Server training materials, exam development, and technical publications. Christian co-authored with a few fellow MVPs, and some community partners published the Mastering Windows Server 2012R2 book through Sybex.
